Zucchini Bread

This recipe came to us from Mike’s grandmother.

Ingredients

3 cups of flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnutes (optional)
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn or canola oil
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 cups chopped zucchini

Directions

heat oven to 325DF
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients
Add to wet mixture half a cup at a time
Add nuts and zucchini
Prepare two loaf pans
Pour mixture into the pans and bake at 50-60 minutes
